To make things as simple as possible for our clients, we’ve compiled a list of some frequently asked questions we regularly receive from our clients.

What does the service include?

Ontime Corporate Cars & Chauffeur Hire provides a full chauffeur luxury car hire service. For our airport pickups your driver will meet and greet you inside the terminal for domestic passengers, and for international passengers, they will greet you as you clear and exit customs. They will greet you with a sign bearing your name so there is no confusion.

How do I pay for my vehicle?

Ontime Corporate Cars & Chauffeur Hire accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card.

Can you pick up passengers from multiple flights for the same booking?

Yes, extra charges will apply for any waiting time.

What is the Cost of a car?

Your fare depends on your pick-up point, destination, the number of the passengers and the time and day of travel.

For most trips, we can quote a fixed, point-to-point rate. Sometimes, it’s more appropriate to charge on a time basis. We can quote on almost any trip across Melbourne or Regional Victoria.

Are there any Extras to pay?

Variations or extras to a straight point-to-point transfer fare include Child Seats, People mover, Additional pick up points, waiting time (if applicable), airport parking fees and credit card surcharge.

How do I book?

To arrange your booking please contact our office by phone (1300 513 249), so we can confirm your details. After that, you are welcome to use our online booking form.

What sorts of Cars are available?

Please refer to our Fleet section for a preview of our luxury cars.

Do you have stretch limos?

Yes, we offer a variety of stretch limousines.

How many passengers?

Our sedans cater for up to four (4) passengers at a time, and our people movers up to seven (7) passengers. To allow for luggage, we may recommend an upgrade.

Do I need to re-confirm?

It is the customer’s responsibility to re-confirm the booking. However, our office will email you a booking confirmation.

Will the car turn up on time?

Yes. This is our number one priority and everything we do is to achieve this.

Will the driver help with luggage?

Your driver will happily assist you with luggage, strapping kids into their seats, holding an umbrella and anything else that makes getting to and from easier.

Can you provide baby seats?

Yes, we do. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have children under 7 years of age that are travelling.

When do I need to book?

Most bookings can be accommodated with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day bookings are welcome, as we only commit drivers a few hours ahead.

If you’ve booked a flight, it’s wise to book your car ASAP.  If you’re planning a conference, have tickets to a major event or need a specific vehicle, please book well in advance.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

As long as you are on the flight as booked, you can expect your driver to meet and greet you when your flight lands.

What if my flight changes?

If you change flights, let us know from your departing port and we will allocate a driver accordingly.

Where will I find the driver when I land at Melbourne Airport?

Please look for the chauffeur meeting point signs inside the arrival terminals.

What time is the office open?

Our office operates 7-days a week, 6.00am to 11.00pm.
